Becerra brings 20 years of experience, including more than 17 years in the legal sector of CEMEX group. He has worked as Legal Director within CEMEX’s global corporate office since 2016, looking at different issues in administrative matters, real estate, energy, supply, and litigations. He holds a degree from Universidad de Anáhuac in Mexico City and a master’s degree in International, Commercial, and Environmental Law from the American University in Washington, US.

Lucy joined Palladian as an Editorial Assistant for World Cement in August 2018 and is keen to learn more about the editorial process.
Before joining the company, Lucy studied English Literature at the University of Exeter and completed a dissertation on Roald Dahl, before moving to Paris for a year to work as an au pair. Lucy spends her spare time baking, reading, and listening to podcasts, and has been known to throw herself out of a plane for fun.
